3-min Keto Bread
- 1 TBS. real butter salted
- 1/3 cup Nut or Sunflower seed flower
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop MCT powder optional
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder garlic powder, nut pieces, seeds, or any of your favorite herbs or spices makes a nice variety to the bread (All optional)
In 2 cup microwave safe dish, melt butter in microwave on high (15-30 seconds). Add in dry ingredients then eggs. Mix well until the consistency of thick batter.
Place in microwave for 2 mins. Remove from microwave, dump onto cutting board or plate and slice while still warm into 4-6 slices. Serve warm with butter, or make into a sandwich.
Does not refrigerate well as it tends to dry out, it does freeze well. Macros per slice based on 4 slices per loaf.
