Ingredients

  • 4 cups unsweetened flake coconut (large flake is better)
  • 2 Tbsp keto friendly maple syrup I used Lakanto brand
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, spread on parchment covered baking sheet or dehydrator trays. Dry on low heat (about 175° F.) for 3-4 hours.
