- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened flavored water (I used a triple berry flavor-not sparkling)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (I used mixed berries)
- 3.5 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- 1/4 cup keto friendly sweetener (I use Allulose)
Place berries in a high speed blender and puree on high speed.
Strain seeds out of berries using a sieve. Be sure not to get rid of all the fiber, just the seeds. Add strained berries, unsweetened flavored water (I didn't use sparkling, but it should work also)and sweetener to a small sauce pan or a microwave friendly bowl and heat to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin completely into hot berry mixer.
Using either a lined cookie sheet or gummy molds add hot liquid (if you use a mold I found a dropper to be very helpful).
Refrigerate until completely set. Either cut into 180 small cubes, or release from molds. Best stored in the refrigerator.
Macros based on a serving of 10 gummies, of a total of 180 gummies.
