  • 1 lbs ground poultry I used chicken (thighs have more fat)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare a pizza pan with lightly oiled parchment paper

  2. In food processor add chicken and grind (may use ground poultry)

  3. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor

  4. Grind on high speed until well mixed.

  5. Spread poultry mixture in an even layer over the pizza pan (mine was a 14″ round pan)

  6. Bake for about 20 mins until lightly golden and poultry is cooked through.

  7. Add your favorite toppings and bake about 10 mins or until cheese is melted
